A lesson from youth on the creation of synergy

I had the craziest experience this weekend which led me to rethink the concept of the achievement of results. I carried a rehearsal with 20 phenomenal young (…btw, it is difficult to compress a superlative like me…), aged 5 - 17. Pick up the lyric sheets speech, seat and zero hand elsewhere than thrown children themselves when they heard "it is time to go," I had the strange feeling. I'll tell you more information in one minute.

A normal day of rehearsal, I run a person Madness by ensuring that everything is good for Sunday service. One of my members of the chorus calls me "coach" and it is right…all, you should throw is a blow whistle and an occasional four-letter word, and I would be adapted to the NBA .but this Saturday was temptation

In fact, I finished with more energy than I started with repetition.

Newton of energy conservation law says "energy can be created or destroyed."If I am an energy fair résiduelles.Il had indeed come. I believe that I have excess energy for a few reasons:

The Group has no sense of urgency.
We had no constraint date or time limit after this repetition. In fact, I've almost cancelled it at the last minute - Fortunately, I changed my mind .the ' low-pressure environment has allowed me to think clearly and in a more efficient approach.I've adopted an approach enabling as a group.
Never heard the statement "you can lead a horse to water but you can't make him drink?" Even if you feed a hungry horse, a bag of potatoes, it can find the water for himself. The difference between this repetition and countless predecessors is that I have surrounded by young people with answers, helped visualize their choices and created an environment conducive to the discussion. The members of the Group took possession.
We have spoken of their last concert, how they have succeeded, challenges they faced and enhancements that they could make. They have dictated a list I wrote their ideas, they make a commitment. They chose the chansons.Ils analyzed their performance. They commitments and suggestions YH ' I shot them best by highlighting and implementation of what was important for them. Our group has a system of support.
These children are surrounded by support from friends, family and members of churches .Sans forgetting to mention an administrative team who ensure our events are running on a roulettes.Soutien as which makes it easy for the choir to Excel.

This repeated children taught me that I was enseigné.Ma more great lesson turned into my new guidelines for group session: B.Y.O.E.
