You are in a marathon not a sprint. I know, I know. It is difficult to think wait X number of months to achieve a goal that you want now. But remember the philosophy Just Blink? You will need to focus on the things you can do now to pay massive dividends over time.We've all heard that it is the little things that comptent.Jeff Olson describes it this way:
The slight edge is easy to do - and it is easy not to do so. Now, I'm setting EASY here as simply "something you can do." The slight Edge philosophy is inspired to easy things - few disciplines, which is regularly in the course of time, add up to the greatest achievements. The problem is that all these things that are easy to do are so easy not to do so. Why is something easy not to do? Because if you do not, it does you kill today .but that simple, seemingly insignificant error in judgement, aggravated in time, will you kill, destroy you, ruin your chances of success and your dreams to demolish. You can count on it. "This theory do practice. If you drink a glass of water, which would make you healthy? Absolutely not.If you go to the gym only once, would you door abs? no question.However, to systematically develop and drinking water per day absolutely change your health and your body for the better.
